FLOWER Direct, one of Holland's biggest cut flower importers, has expressed interest in Uganda's new high-altitude roses, the latest addition to floriculture products.

Johan Hassing, Flower Direct's managing director, said he would like to buy from Uganda because the roses match the ones from Kenya that have been preferred.
